Parking and entry is off South Pine Road

By Train
Bare Therapies is a short walk (350 metres) from the Alderley train station. Alderley is on the Ferney Grove line. Alight at Alderley Station and exit to the South Pine Road side. Cross South Pine Road and walk up the hill on South Pine Road. Look for the Bare Therapies sign (opposite the Salvos Store).
By Bus
The 345 bus (South Pine Road) and 390 bus (Samford Road) both stop near Bare Therapies. The 345 bus stop is ‘Bi-Lo’ at Alderley – walk 250 metres up the hill on South Pine Road and look for the Bare Therapies sign (opposite the Salvos Store).
The 390 bus stop is ‘Alderley Arms’ at Alderley – the ‘in-bound’ and ‘out-bound’ stops are on Samford Road right outside Bare Therapies – walk 20 metres around to the front entrance (which is facing South Pine Road).
By Road
From the City (Lutwyche Road)
Travel north through Bowen Hills, on Bowen Bridge Road. Turn left onto Newmarket Road. Travel west through Windsor, Wilston and Newmarket to Kelvin Grove Road. Turn right onto Kelvin Grove Road and travel north. (Kelvin Grove Road becomes Enoggera Road), keep travelling north through to Alderley. Take the right hand fork at the top of the hill (at the Alderley Arms Hotel) – this is South Pine Road. From the traffic lights, travel 20 metres (look for the Bare Therapies sign) and turn left into the car park.
From City (Kelvin Grove Road)
Travel north along Kelvin Grove Road through Normanby, Kelvin Grove and Newmarket. Kelvin Grove Road becomes Enoggera Road – keep travelling north through to Alderley. Take the right hand fork at the top of the hill (at the Alderley Arms Hotel) – this is South Pine Road. From the traffic lights, travel 20 metres (look for the Bare Therapies sign) and turn left into the car park.
From Windsor and the Grange
Travel west along Days Road. Turn right onto Grange Road and travel north for approximately 300 metres before turning left onto Raymont Road. Travel approx 1.5 km and turn left onto Enoggera Road. Cross the railway line at the Alderley rail station and look for the Bare Therapies sign on the right (opposite the Salvos store). Turn right into the car park.
From Wilston
Travel west along Newmarket Road. Turn right onto Enoggera Road (at the Newmarket Hotel) and keep travelling north through to Alderley. Take the right hand fork at the top of the hill (at the Alderley Arms Hotel) – this is South Pine Road. From the traffic lights, travel 20 metres (look for the Bare Therapies sign) and turn left into the car park.
From Ashgrove
Travel east along Ashgrove Avenue to Newmarket. Turn left onto Enoggera Road and travel north through to Alderley. Take the right hand fork at the top of the hill (at the Alderley Arms Hotel) – this is South Pine Road. From the traffic lights, travel 20 metres (look for the Bare Therapies sign) and turn left into the car park.
From Everton Hills and Everton Park
Travel along South Pine Road towards the city, through Everton Park and Enoggera. Turn left onto Samford Road. Travel through Enoggera to Alderley. Turn left at the lights (opposite the Alderley Arms Hotel) on to South Pine Road. Travel 20 mtrs (look for the Bare Therapies sign) and turn left into the carpark.
From Ferny Hills and Ferny Grove
Travel along Samford Road towards the city, through Ferny Grove, Mitchelton, Gaythorne and Enoggera to Alderley. Turn left at the lights (opposite the Alderley Arms Hotel) on to South Pine Road. Travel 20 metres (look for the Bare Therapies sign) and turn left into the car park.
From Gaythorne and Enoggera
Travel along Samford Road towards the city, through Gaythorne and Enoggera to Alderley. Turn left at the lights (opposite the Alderley Arms Hotel onto South Pine Road. Travel 20 metres (look for the Bare Therapies sign) and turn left into the car park.
From Stafford and Stafford Heights
Travel south along Appleby Road (which becomes Shand Street) through Stafford Heights and Stafford past Alderley Park (on your left) and Raymont Road. Cross the railway line at the Alderley rail station and look for the Bare Therapies sign on the right (opposite the Salvos store) before the top of the hill, and turn right into the car park.
From Aspley
Travel south along Maundrell Terrace through Chermside West and Stafford Heights (Maundrell Terrace becomes Appleby Road). Keep travelling south along Appleby Road (which becomes Shand Street) through Stafford Heights and Stafford past Alderley Park (on your left) and Raymont Road. Cross the railway line at the Alderley rail station and look for the Bare Therapies sign on the right (opposite the Salvos store) before the top of the hill, and turn right into the car park.
From Chermside
Travel south along Gympie Road through Kedron. At Gordon Park, turn right onto Stafford Road and travel west. Turn left onto Shand Street. Travel past Alderley Park (on your left) and Raymont Road. Cross the railway line at the Alderley rail station and look for the Bare Therapies sign on the right (opposite the Salvos store) before the top of the hill, and turn right into the car park.
From Albany Creek, Eatons Hill, McDowall
Travel south along Trouts Road though McDowall. Turn left onto Stafford Road then right onto Shand Street at Enoggera. Travel through Stafford past Alderley Park (on your left) and Raymont Road. Cross the railway line at the Alderley rail station and look for the Bare Therapies sign on the right (opposite the Salvos store) before the top of the hill, and turn right into the car park.
